the second bedroom is optional and
can be set up with two twin beds or a King.

Reservations
When you are ready to make reservations or if you have any questions please call us at (808) 879-7099
For Reservation of 2 weeks or less, we will confirm your reservations via email with a credit card deposit of $200 or you may mail us a personal check within 7 days of booking. Your balance should be paid by personal check 40 days prior to arrival. You also may pay for your entire stay by credit card, but a 3% surcharge will have to be added to cover the credit card fees. No personal checks will be accepted upon check-in. If, by special arrangement, your balance has not been paid in advance, then you will need to pay by cash or travellers checks prior to check-in. Mahalo (thank you) for understanding our payment policy.
For reservation of more than 2 weeks, we require a deposit of $500 and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
For reservations of 2 weeks or less, if your plans change and you need to change your dates we will accommodate you without a fee, provided the change is made 40 days prior to arrival. But if you need to cancel completely, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 processing fee if cancellation is more than 40 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes after arrival or less than 40 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $50 processing fee only if your dates can be rebooked.
Deposits and paid balances for reservations of 2 weeks or more will only be be refunded for cancellations when the reserved dates can be rebbooked.

We are pleased to offer a non-smoking environment to our guests. Please let us know in advance of any special requests you may have. It will be our pleasure to accommodate them. We are here to make sure your Maui vacation is one you will remember for a lifetime.
We have tried to think of everything you might need while staying with us. Our condo and is fully equipped with cable TV, DVD player, alarm clocks and hair dryers and a high speed internet connection. We will supply you with beach towels, chairs and other beach equipment. So just bring an adventurous spirit and your bathing suit and we will show you just what aloha is all about.
