Daily maid service is not provided but can be arranged for addtional charge of:
$25/night or $150/week in B&B and $45/night or $250/week in cottage .

For Reservation of 2 weeks or less, we will confirm your reservations via email with a credit card deposit of $200 or you may mail us a personal check within 7 days of booking. Your balance should be paid by personal check 40 days prior to arrival. You also may pay for your entire stay by credit card, but a 3% surcharge will have to be added to cover the credit card fees. No personal checks will be accepted upon check-in. If, by special arrangement, your balance has not been paid in advance, then you will need to pay by cash or traveler's checks prior to check-in. Mahalo (thank you) for understanding our payment policy.

For reservation of more than 2 weeks, we require a deposit of $500 and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

For reservations of 2 weeks or less, if your plans change and you need to change your dates we will accommodate you without a fee, provided the change is made 40 days prior to arrival. But if you need to cancel completely, your deposit will be refunded less a $100 processing fee as long as cancellation is more than 40 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes after arrival or less than 40 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $50 processing fee only if your dates can be rebooked.

Deposits and paid balances for reservations of 2 weeks or more will only be be refunded for cancellations when the reserved dates can be rebooked.

Maui Meadows Bed and Breakfast is located in a quiet residential area. Our property is set on a tropically landscaped 1/2 acre of land and is very private. You will not feel crowded in any of our acommodations like you might in many of the hotels and condos. We are pleased to offer a non-smoking environment to our guests. Our Bed and Breakfast suites are not furnished to accommodate children under 12 and our property is not appropriate for those seeking a loud party atmosphere.

We strive to provide a personal level of service to each of our guests: anything from helping you plan your trip to recording that special TV show you just can't miss. Please let us know in advance of any special requests you may have. It will be our pleasure to accommodate them. We are here to make sure your Maui vacation is one you will remember for a lifetime.

We have tried to think of everything you might need while staying with us. Our cottage, condo and suites are fully equipped with cable TV, mini refrigerators, coffee makers, toaster ovens, hot pots, alarm clocks and hair dryers. Everyone has access to a computer with an internet connection. We will supply you with beach towels, chairs and snorkel equipment. So just bring an adventurous spirit and your bathing suit and we will show you just what aloha is all about.
